I’m Cristi Reed—a writer, strategist, and narrative analyst who believes clarity is power and language is architecture. My work lives at the intersection of storytelling and structure: one part emotionally intelligent voice, one part behavioral insight, and one part obsessive sentence-level refinement.

I’ve spent the past decade immersed in stories—writing them, studying them, breaking them apart and putting them back together better. I’ve co-run a business, written a book, managed operations, produced content across platforms, and designed digital experiences that feel thoughtful instead of noisy. I like problems. I like patterns. I like making things make sense.

I specialize in voice-driven writing, user-centered strategy, and content that knows what it’s doing. Whether I’m shaping an essay, distilling user behavior into a UX brief, or translating chaos into something usable, I approach every project with curiosity, empathy, and low-key obsession.
